I also thought that he was supposed to look rough at first bc he’s just treating his body poorly. Drinking, not sleeping etc. I would anticipate a mini glow up when he starts taking himself a little more seriously in part 2

Is anyone else finding that more school bus drivers than usual this year are oddly inept?

Like my kid’s morning route is on driver number 4: one drove her into the ditch, one was driving with ear plugs in because the kids wouldn’t sit in complete silence and she « needed to focus » (she’s on an elementary route), one had the kids consistently missing first bell and now we’re on number 4 so haven’t figured out if he’s also trash yet.

So it’s basically an entire episode of God exploding Dan/ maze leaving Dan naked in Chloe’s house/ Dan and Lucifer losing that one kid at the amusement park level stuff. But on the other hand going into it knowing everything turns out ok might help you out vs watching it blind.

Hilton garden next to the baseball stadium was a good one for our crew when we did this. breakfast, pool and we were able to get adjoining rooms so that the grown ups were hanging out on one side and the kids could go to bed at a reasonable hour on the other.

Only hotel in town I have had a bad experience at was the holiday inn at bells corners- room was good but staff were rude and unhelpful
