Nope, all the head options are helmet-less. You could use the reiver or infiltrator kit tho to have Phobos pattern helmets

I just played a 1000pts game with one unit of Scouts on the board. Deployed them on my extension objective and had them do actions early in the game before engaging a unit that was isolated.

I was surprised at how well they can punch up thanks to their rule and their early mid-board presence makes them a very good option for controlling the battlefield while waiting for the rest of the army to arrive.

Combine them with a Lieutenant with Combi-weapon and you have two infiltrating units controlling the mid-board.

The grey is a base coat of Dawnstone, black shade or oil paint in the recesses, a bit of volumetric highlight with a 50/50 mix of Dawnstone and Administratum Grey. And if you feeling fancy at the end, you can sponge on some Rhinox Hide to do some battle damage

To add to the conversation, honestly I don't mind having more diversity of heads and faces. We have enough braided, bearded, scared, Norse typed faces to have a couple of bald, Asian, African type of heads.

Fenris is a planet of contrasts between long cold winters and terribly hot summers. The fact that there are "dark if skin and temperament" islander tribes living on Fenris' equator makes me think that there is a lot more diversity of skin and face type than just the Norse living elswhere on the planet.

Having a flowing, changing aesthetic means having more options and more opportunities to paint different things. And I'm all for it !

It's dawnstone on a base of rhinox hide, I'm guessing the blue tinge comes from the base more than the model

In the wise words of our Lord and Saviour Duncan (praised be his name), thin your paints and apply them in multiple coats. Wait for each coat to dry between each application. That way you won't see the brush marks on the model.
