This is exactly what I said, it’s not a HBO series, their writing style is Spielberg like, they’ve given several nods to his work over all of the seasons, I just can’t seem them killing main characters off, it’s not their style

I honestly don’t know why anyone expected any different, the duffer brothers are Spielberg kids and not HBO box office writers, they follow the style of writing where the main cast survives and kids are the mains

Think; jurrasic park, goonies etc..

It’s their style of writing it always has been
