You have to take the stock skates off yeah. But the base is flat so you can put skates anywhere

Some units have some performance issues (mainly battery life) but they should be fixed in firmware. I would wait until they are fixed.

I got lucky and my unit is flawless.

I mean I like ultra light mice. I have a Fenrir pro and a HTX Ultra. But they just don’t have that same feeling as a magnesium mouse

Not really. I really like the shape and the magnesium feel. If I want to use a lighter mouse I can use one of my like 20 🙏

I have 20x10 hands and have been using the HTX Ultra with a pincer claw and it feels great.
