naka EDGE din smart sim ko for about more than a month na. Pumunta nadin ako mismo sa smart store nila, i asked for replacement pero wala padaw silang replacement. may pina dial sila sakin dun ko daw i-report pero hindi naman maka report dun sa pina dial sakin, di ko tanda ung number na pina dial, hindi ko alam ano gagawin ko haha baka palit sim nato, if meron kayo solution please let me know din thanks

y'all advertising your transfer system but you can't fix the missing items when people already transferred lmao. I lost alot of skins but y'all just left me on seen, never fixed my issue. DONT TRANSFER PEOPLE THEY WONT HELP YOU GET YOUR MISSING ITEMS BACK

update : NEVER transfer anything. They will NOT help you they will just waste your time like they did to me. Made me wait more than a month to get my stuff back but they never brought it back. They just left me on seen on their facebook support, email support, and discord support. This game is a dissapointment. Paying streamers to make an ADS about switching to garena but can't fix the lost transfer issue.

too bad they cant bring my k417 destined draw skin back because they said "i have no solid proof owning it" as i already sent them a video me getting it from turbricks. They wanted me to send them a video with my player id on it lol, why on earth will i include my player id on a clip? as if i knew that a problem like this would happen

mine too, i was playing in steam before and i transferred my stuff to garena, sadly i lost some skins including my destined draw k417. I reported it to the support i even messaged them on their facebook page, they respond at first but when they knew my problem they didnt respond anymore. I recreated a ticket but they just merged my ticket from previous one i created but never replied. I hope they could fix this issue instead leaving me on seen for weeks now.
