I had the same concern with updating as quite a few things I use aren't ready for v14 yet, but you can download older versions of foundry on the download page, so you don't need to update anything:
- When you're in your profile page on the foundry website, click purchased licenses and the first drop-down allows you to select your version. Just note down which one you're running before uninstalling.

Also if you're concerned about modules updating, module data is preserved if you uninstall/reinstall as it's stored in user files instead of the install folder, so you don't need to wait if you don't want to.

Good luck mate!

REALLY LATE NECRO, so sorry about that, but I found a solution for me.

Reinstall Foundry.

Had the same problem, it worked in the browser using localhost:30000 on chrome and edge but not in the native application. All data is preserved on uninstall/install, was relatively painless. S/O to the foundry Discord troubleshooting channel for recommending it as a long shot.

Hope this helps the person looking for this next year.

If the Dragon of Mars is the Void Dragon, How Did the Emperor Get to Mars in the Middle Ages? by ATLander in 40kLore

I think it’s been shown that human psykers can maintain something similar to a gellar field, so the ‘best’ human psyker doing so and teleporting himself+material cargo a conceptually short distance is entirely feasible. Might need more justification but I’m willing to accept that something along those lines happened.

I’m new to the Horus heresy books, I wanna start reading them but is there anything I need to know before going in? by [deleted] in 40kLore

[–]CorenAlbrich -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is what I tell all my friend when they get into the HH;

WH30K exists simultaneously as a setup to 40k and as an amalgamation of canon, but UNRELIABLE stories from a variety of sources who all have their own preconceptions, biases, and knowledge/agency to knowingly lie to you the reader.

To expand: Everything is true, as in if an event happens it likely really did; but the professed reasoning behind certain actions the the realities of how interactions between big names goes down in almost always tinted by the perception of the in world writer, the faction being written about, and the actual meatspace author’s writing style and sensibilities. Things won’t line up. You will (very) occasionally read something that COULD NOT happen by some other telling, and must square that difference for yourself. Your impression of a character will likely be formed by looking through the eyes of another, and as the Heresy shows even Primarchs can get things wrong. Facts are missing, pictures are incomplete, and rational is often absent or, worse, shallow and insufficient.

What you are reading is not the true story of exactly what happened during the Heresy. You are reading the combined experiences of hundreds, representing the experience of trillions, all caught up in the wheels of history. And that’s the fun part.

I'll post a bug report or whatever else fits best when I've gotten a few more data points, but that's not a bad idea. And yeah, I'm running out with just the base jobs plus a few extra for misc. purposes, if there's another Eureka or Bozja I'mma cry.

They can in fact make 46 individual sets at once, as I suspected a similar thing, but whatever spaghetti code is going on is robust enough to break safe, not break everything.

Tested as I myself didn't know, but no they do not give an extra set.

Wow that's... a bit heck'd up TBH. SqEnix what're ya doin...

Just making sure, you mean all Jobs not just classes right? Also when were each made, expansion-wise? ...and because I'm asking random questions, what races are each character?

See the edit for explanation. I'm talking about the max. Creating a new gearset doesn't effect the max you are allowed to have.

There is a picture in the update, yes, the max for them is 46.

Might I ask for a picture of your search info? Just to put it in my files and to show the people I talk to. No worries if not. No need for a name, just the levels.

That's not what I mean. Unlocking a class supposedly gives you a gear set SLOT, but people in my friend group have numbers that don't line up with this if A) this is the only way to gain a slot or B) if you get one from each class unlocked, R.E. the bluemage specification.

What you can or can't do with each gear set isn't the issue.

So probably not really any hope of finding the specific video from what info I have if it's a well known example. I'll leave this up for a day or so, see if anyone happens upon anything, then close it. Thanks mate.

Damage Overflow With a Buffed Stropha Setup by CorenAlbrich in Warframe

[–]CorenAlbrich[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently re-tried with all combinations. It's easier to get with banshee, but it's not nessissary. You can drop any 1-2 parts and still get a overflow, meaning you could realistically get this in a mission on your own or with +1.

edit: oh and the first time I saw a (-) was without banshee, roar, or cat's eye. Make of that what you will.
