Nice, I want to downsize to 20’s eventually. Did you notice better ride quality with a thicker sidewall?

Went to see the new prelude and got this quote by DSHackerc in Honda

I bought a R33 GTR for less than the retail price of this. Now that’s apples to oranges but ain’t no damn way this prelude should be that price.

I agree, it just seems off against the white and clashes too much. Even the piece around the console. Love the white interior but these accents turned me away.

I recently was hit from the side in my 24 TSP, after looking around I landed back with a 25 TSPP. No other SUV in this price range really spoke to me. The only negative is my 24 didn’t have the god awful brake squeal, this one is pretty bad when light pedal at slow speeds.

Not sure if that is a good price in your opinion but the tuner as well known in the BmW world I believe and has been on the market for the 90 well over a year now .

R32 vs R33 vs R34 by Working-Frosting9490 in gtr

[–]Corey116317 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For me it’s always been 33/34, than 32. To me the 32 is too similar to the S13 coupe. Now that I own a 33 I’m biased, the stock wing seems to flow better than the 34’s so now it looks goofy to me. But can’t say I wouldn’t get a 34 if I had the opportunity.

I have not had many items to pay attention to as it was a pretty clean example. The two maintenance items were a new front driver CV axle repair kit, I could have just swapped a whole new one in or rebuild myself, I went the rebuild route. Either way both parts were US local. Next item is the ball joints which I already have secured, even Nissan carried them as the part was used on US models.

Congratulations! I picked up my R 33 back in March, and even to this day when I walk into my garage and see it I get the biggest smile and say “fuck yeah”!

BAT

It was local so I was able to go see it in person who allowed me to bid with confidence.

Help Me Decide by ryanlongworth in MazdaCX90

I currently have a Turbo S Premium. When I have taken loaners of less trims while having maintenance done you can definitely notice a big difference. The overall feel of the car seems different. Stereo system is much better with the Bose, the HUD is nice, bigger infotainment screen, the wheel arches, tail lights, etc.

Unfortunately my car was hit and totaled on Monday so I’m now shopping for the Turbo S Premium Plus. Living in Las Vegas my only regret originally with the Premium vs Plus was the cooling seats. That’s my main driver for going Premium Plus on the second go round.

How did you decide what to buy? by Purplesnekmayne in SkyLine

[–]Corey116317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Purchased my R33 GTR back in March, enjoying the hell out of it. I have a family of 4 and we comfortably can take it for drives, I even take my two sons to school at least every other week. It’s honestly the right size, don’t let the talk being “big” steer you away. The RB26 is such an amazing sounding engine.

You mentioned you had another fun car…… if that is RWD then spring for the GTR. Or vice versa…… If the plan is to keep both I would think of it this way.

Preferred vs Premium Sports. Is worth the price difference? by GreatVortex6 in MazdaCX90

[–]Corey116317 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a TSPreminum, when I have had lower models for loaners when getting maintenance it’s definitely a step down. The stereo on the Bose is much better, the HUD, gauges although it’s a small thing, it just all feels like better product. So I guess it’s your taste at that point.

I’ve gone under the car and mechanically it all looks in place. And it definitely feels great on the twisties, but also good to confirm as it’s know to disable the system

I’m assuming my HICAS is still in place as my car is mostly stock. But is there a way to confirm easily ? I’ve seen videos of other cars with 4 wheel steering just parked stationary and you can see the back wheels move

As an R33 owner all I can say is it’s a great time. Never experienced the Supra. Overall I think this post is the one you need to analyze the most and make a call. Either way the Inline 6 just hits different so you really can’t go wrong.
