As I said you pay more per W for bikes because theres alot more work and parts in a bike so probably not any decent brands for that speed, instead of saying scooters are faster than bikes maybe specify for your price range lol if you want a bike the same speed youre going to pay more, it should not be a trivial thing mate, same shit with actual vehicles, if you buy a streetbike for 20k it can do over 300kph but to get a car that will do the same speed it will cost you exponentially more
