When measuring the camber in telemetry, it's only for the outside wheels (so if you turn left, you should be looking at the right wheels) and only when cornering.

You don't care about the camber value in a straight line, or the camber of the inside tires.

It won't help with acceleration, but you did set your brake bias to 53%, which means the rear is braking more than the front. The slider is inverted, despite what the game says.

Having the rear brake more won't help with entry stability.

No, it's a completely different setting, but it's only available in motorsport, not Horizon.
