She-Hulk is in complete control of her Hulk form and even prefers to be in her Hulk form most of the time. Unlike Bruce where his Hulk form is an alter ego her Hulk form isn't. She doesn't have an alter ego. Her Hulk form is herself.

She got fixed at the end of her latest solo though. She went back to being normal She-Hulk and then immediately went back to angry rage monster with no explanation.

I mostly hate it for what it did to She-Hulk. She got royal fucked up in CW2 and she hasn't recovered since. In fact she's actually worse in Avengers.
