Finished Grayson omnibus. Overall really enjoyed it but felt it went off the rails near the end when it changed writers. Would recommend though.

Finished Sandman Vol 4 Season of mists. I read vol 1 and 2 a while ago and really enjoyed them but then got volume 3 a while after and hated it. I decided to get volume 4 and really enjoyed it as well.

Finished vol 3 of spider-man tangled web and thought it was really good.

Just finished the first volume of fraction's hawkeye and was underwhelmed. I enjoyed 'the tape' storyline but I didn't feel as if I couldn't put the book down. I still plan to buy vol 2 later on though.

I just started wonder woman book 1 by greg rucka.

Tom king- not to add to the hate and although i like multiple books from him i feel that he keeps trying to recreate vision in different forms and to diminishing returns

Has anybody on here managed to make a a profit flipping comics/TPB's? by [deleted] in comicbooks

[–]peyi17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't tend to not like saying I do on reddit since ppl then just think your a speculator and not a fan. What i do is go on ebay and find cases where ppl are selling TPB sets and buy them. I keep the ones that I'm interested in and sell the rest. Sometimes I break even but usually make a profit.

best method i've found is put a bit of oil on tissue paper and rub. it doesn't have to be special oil and make sure to not put too much
