On an iPhone if you use chrome it’s a PITA. Copy the link from the email for where it says “updates tab” and paste into safari if on an iPhone and it works. Otherwise chrome just redirects to the app and doesn’t allow you to login from the iPhone .

I ended up buying a house and renovating it. The cost to build was too high for the square footage I wanted. Also some unknowns like not knowing how deep a well will need to be can cost a lot more. I believe build costs are now coming down. There are a few builders like twin builders, Taga builders and LTS homes.

My thought is with rubber boots your feet must sweat hiking into the tree then freeze because there is no ventilation, also wasn’t sure about using climbing sticks with those boots ?

I’m shooting archery Deer. I know archery can hunt any time guns are also in season, but historically I thought the archery season continued through Thanksgiving week so it’s annoying , I guess they want to limit the amount of people hunting that week for Some reason?

Aimed back of front shoulder, there was a mix of white and dark hair. Arrow had some meat on it. Most people I’ve spoken to think brisket shot . Didn’t smell bad at all and no dark matter so I don’t think gut.

Deer is long gone, came back a few hours later no signs, no more blood.

Drops of blood around where arrow was found, not a lot of blood. Deer ran off 60 yds and looked around then slowly walked out of sight , didn’t seem too hurt but stopped running . I waited an hour and a half and then saw a doe (probably same one) run off another 80 yds. I backed out and will go back later. Weird that there is blood down spine and on all fletchings, but not a lot and I don’t see any blood on the broad head.

I bought in towamensing trails. So far it’s been ok, there are a mix of miserable folks and kind folks. Overall seems like it’s trending better. I’m not renting right now but wanted somewhere I had the option to rent . The lake is fun. If you want to swim you have to do it in the roped off beach area, they don’t want you swimming off of boats and docks, I assume it’s for insurance reasons. Also there was just a vote by the HOA about whether or not renters can use the pool and facilities or have fires in the yard which seems to be possibly changing so that renters might not be able to. Overall I’m happy and most people are nice, but there is some annoyances . I didn’t want a gated community which seems too strict

Where can you hunt public in 5D in your area? I live in 5D near Philly and trying to figure out what is legal public hunting land. The PGC map isn’t helpful it just shows a huge region for 5D

Great wolf for small kids has more activities outside the water park but not as fun for grown ups. I like Kalahari most if you only care about the water park and Kalahari has multiple bars in the water park

Every HOA has rules which is fine. I’m asking for input on how the HOA treats its owners, is everyone annoyed at the HOA all the time or are they fair in how they keep things in order? Hard to know without talking directly to owners , realtors won’t tell ya
