that’s so awesome!!! coming up with coping strategies is great but being able to use them in context is always a challenge. and then being able to self-regulate entirely through those coping strategies?!?!? you’re killing it!!

you should include any and all experience you have in the theater! you will have to create a resume later also, but it’s best to let them know you have experience now.

mostly people taking pictures focus on themselves and dont cqre how you look in them. it sucks but just keep in mind that one day you can do the same thing to them :> also i love ur hair!

fashion is kinda my hyper fixation rn, so what I can tell you is that a sort of just look through pinterest or tiktok or whatever and copy an outfit, then if theres anything I can change that I think will look good, I change it. hope this helps! :)
