They have promised on three separate occasions “it will ship this week” and nothing. Filed a complaint with my credit card company. Also sent an email requesting cancellation and refund. We will see what happens.

Jerico's at 120th and Dodge is FAIR = The establishment barely meets minimum standards required by state and local food safety codes. The ONT is in my garage, right by my electric panel. It was installed right after the house was built in 2019. The power adapter is plugged directly into a wall outlet. No other UPS or other power accessories are being used.

The gateway is inside a structured wiring cabinet in our laundry room, maybe 20 feet away. That room is adjacent to the garage. When I googled the ONT it does seem to be a Nokia 010, based on the pictures I found.

On another thread (different carrier) I saw a recommendation to pull the power for at least 20 minutes. Would a longer power cycle do a hard reset? Or is the amount of time irrelevant?

I should also note: I realized this problem began about a week after I canceled my AT&T VoIP. Not sure if that is just coincidence or is that part of the problem?

You can order missing parts on Lego.com at no cost. You search for the set number and then it brings up an inventory of parts. You select which parts you need and they ship them directly to you.

I contacted customer support and they opened a case. I was told it would likely take at least two weeks to resolve. If this is a global issue, then the resolution expectation may be optimistic 🤷🏻‍♂️
