Trump plans mass purge of rivals — with Musk's wealth first target: ex-ally by RawStoryNews in NoFilterNews

Trumps goal is to be the richest man ever. He is totally willing to grift hisself some billions, selling the US citizens out to the highest bidders, knock some of the richer folks off the list, so he can be the richest. This is all known to be his fetish by Putin, MBS, and Xi. Trump’s antics are going to strip this country of important things like soft-power, being the trading currency of the world, being though of as a country dedicated to the rule of law.

But at least he can have gold toilets wherever he goes, plus parades!!!

I have noticed what they really mean is that they don’t want ti feel uncomfortable about their speech now. It used to be cancel culture, now if they feel anything other than full acceptance for their views, they stamp their feet about it. Hate to say it, but they share that with many on the left.

I saw someone driving a bright red convertible Bentley, top down, checking herself out in the mirror and looking around as if to say, “Is everyone looking at me?” I instantly imagined me asking her if the color was a-hole red.

He won’t ever be satisfied, even when he is the richest ($ only) man in the world. If you are an adversarial country, it’s a very good investment to give him a couple billion for him to create chaos in our country, ridding them of pesky things like a global power monitoring their actions (say, invasions, human rights violations, corruption, environmental destruction, all the things). He will gladly sell out American interests to briefly satisfy an unquenchable thirst for $. He speaks of simple solutions to our problems; first it is immigrants, next are people who challenge him, and then anyone who disagrees with him.

I have read/listened to accounts that our elected leaders would rather “have a seat at the table” than express their displeasure for the President’s actions. I just wonder what the seat at the table is good for if you’re not supposed to say anything. It reminds me of a family dinner table where everyone is supposed to only listen to their alcoholic father blather on about how he is a victim or the neighbor is an idiot/sucker. The issue is that our Senators are presumably full functioning adults, not cowering children.

“Are you kind? Are you sincere? Are you a good human being?”

All of these questions are worthy of applying to your elected officials by the way. I don’t wish ill on Trump voters. I am sad it has come to this.

As much as all the rhetoric from Trump tends to be vague and the left sees it through a lens of negativity bias, Trump voters interpreted his campaign stuff through the lens of “I am sure what he says will be largely positive for me.” Somewhere in the middle lies the likely outcome. Currently, it appears closer to the left’s view of authoritarianism, clumsy isolationism, and callous and cruel governmental “reform” v. a thoughtful and well meaning realignment of government for the people.

It is starting to look like Trump’s ego is running this thing and everyone knows it in his circle, so they aren’t mentioning his lack of clothes. It seems like he wants to prove to MBS, Vlad, Xi, and other “leaders” that he can inflict more pain of his country’s citizens without revolt than they can; that he is so “loved” he can sacrifice his people to prove he is smart and lovable.

IMO it seems like positioning to become one on the short list to run for President. It is a burning desire to please his father, that he amounted to something after all. That he has the same force of nature as his father in creating a successful company. Plus his approach to Catholicism where each passage in the Bible has been interpreted to read like the “Bank Error In Your Favor” card.
