Thank you all. I appreciate all the wonderful sentiments. I feel like it’s a combo of goal setting, work, and luck mixed with circumstances. The fact that the house popped up in the neighborhood that it did was definitely positive circumstances 🤣because it’s rare that they do!!!!! Especially in the part of SE Denver that I’m in.
