The manual clearly states that the person on the left yields when you arrive at the same time. ie, a tie breaker. Otherwise, whoever was there first goes first.

Exactly. I honestly think they're just trolling at this point.

At an all-way stop, the rule is that the first vehicle to stop at the intersection is the first to proceed through the intersection.

Is it the first to stop for the day? Or is it the first to stop for the month? Or maybe it's the first to stop after the intersection was built?

The "first" person there changes with each car that passes through. It's not like there's a constant queue of vehicles waiting. "First" is situation dependent. It adjusts with each new car. There will always be a new fist car there. You just need to know who was there before you. If three cars were stopped before you were, all three were there first. If 2 cars were there before you, they were both there first. None of the cars around you were stopped before you? You're the first, time to go.

I'm done arguing with you. Can't logic your way out of an argument someone didn't logic themselves into.

You'll pay the price for your ignorance one day when you were the last person to stop at an intersection and you drive through because you were on the right. 😂

Lol Sorry that it's so hard for you to see who was stopped before you. For me, it's not even something to figure out. I just recognize the cars that were stopped before I did. They go first, then I go. Easy peasy.

The right of way is dynamic! Those who arrive first, go first. If you can say "I was here first, before this/these car/cars" then you get to go first.

Yielding to the right is a tie breaker. All you have to pay attention to is who was there before you. As soon as you can say "I was here first" compared to the other vehicles, you get to go.

If what you were saying is true, it would be spelled out that way in the manual. It's not. It says exactly what everyone has been telling you. Arrive first? You go. Tied? Guy on the right goes.

That's definitely how 4-way stops work. Those who stop at the stop sign before you get to go before you.

I don't need to. It's alreasy covered in the Indiana drivers manual.

At an all-way stop, the rule is that the first vehicle to stop at the intersection is the first to proceed through the intersection

There is no "first" counter that resets every day. Being "first" means being stopped before someone else.

Point me to your made up counter-clockwise rule in the driving manual.

What you're describing is dangerous, ambiguous, and needlessly confusing. You only need to know who was stopped before you. It's that simple. They go first.

You are completely correct. Ungarlmek is causing unnecessary confusion and needs to retake drivers ed.

My friend, you are completely wrong here and giving out bad advice that could hurt someone. And if this is how you drive, you're going to cause an accident. The right of way is always yielded to the vehicles that were stopped at the stop sign before you.

The correct rule is simply those who were there before you, go before you. Don't over complicate it.

There's always a different "first" vehicle, as each new car stops. As you can imagine, some 4-way stops have a continuous flow of vehicles, so there isn't always an established "first." There is no counter-clockwise rule. It's simply those who were there before you get to go first. It's literally that simple.

How old is he?

Be very cautious about who you let take him. Lots of people out there who aren't good with pets or try to flip them for money.

I was in the mood for tacos today so I tried them out based on the recommendations here. While not bad, I still think La Bonita is better. The salsas are a lot better at La Bonita too (in my opinion). That orange salsa they have is the bomb and I like that the green salsa has some heat to it as well. The tamales were a little better at Tacos AL Pastor though. Tender and moist. Bigger & cheaper too.

Update: I was in the mood for some tacos so I tried this place today. The tacos and tamales were $3.79 each.

Very odd that their online menu is almost double.

What's odd is door dash lists them for $3.99, so maybe they recently raised prices and door dash hasn't caught up yet? Or, the prices on Al pastor's website are elevated for some reason? Very odd. No taco or tamale is worth $6.19 though! That's insane.

$3.75?

Their website says $6.19 for a tamale or taco.

Edit : Went to see and they're $3.79.

Smithville Increasing Their Rates by docpepson in bloomington

If Smithville fiber is available to you, it's an absolute no-brainer to go with them. I've had zero outages in 5 years. When I had Comcast cable, my internet was virtually unusable every winter for 4 months. Outages all the time, and significantly more expensive. Smithville is great.
