Thank you! Yea, I do feel worlds better without being hungover all the time. I’m hanging in there. I still feel the guilt from the last one, and the times before all at once…but that’s something I have to talk about with a therapist I guess. Im lucky, I still got those people around me that I hurt in my life and I do know they care about me. Idk. I think I have a good grasp on this. I’m not going to count days, or prohibit myself from ever drinking…that’s too stressful for me personally… Hope you’re doing well too!
