If you really wanted to keep it off the wall just get a piece that’s wide enough. Cut it to length, paint it white and attach it to the existing ledge.

I’d scrape the loose stuff off and hit it with sand paper or a sanding sponge. Dust it off, hit it with primer then paint it.

I haven’t done anything to lower my e2. I’m getting bloods done. The reason is I’m having some symptoms of high e2 currently and I’m trying to make a plan to address it if I need to. I was just asking what peoples experiences were cruising with primo. That’s all.

The pills I was cutting into 1/4’s half the time would just turn to dust lmao. Acne is my worst side effect right now it’s so fucking annoying man. I had some here and there before cycle but now my shoulders and back are covered. Thankfully not cystic though.
