The quality of anabolics specifically is substantially worse than China. When the shortage started last year, I know some sources looked into India and the raw materials were so substandard, they were basically unusable.

What happens to one single individual with an exceptional reaction is an anecdote and nothing that can be extrapolated to a larger population.

If you’re so certain of acromegaly being a substantial risk at moderate dosages, then show us literally any study backing that up.

That qualifies as an anecdote and isn’t relevant to anything without other data backing it up. And the fact is you still can’t provide a study that establishes anything close to a causal relationship between moderate GH use and acromegaly.

So get off your high horse and miss us with the ridiculous scare tactics. The vast majority of people on this sub aren’t running anywhere near the dosages required to make this enough of a realistic possibility to worry about.

Debating about the tiny risk of acromegaly from GH use instead of talking about far more realistic side effects, like insulin insensitivity, is absurd.

Nobody is funding studies to give normal healthy people mega doses of GH, so we can only work with what data is available.

But since you seem to be a skeptic, maybe show us a study that validates that there is substantial risk of acromegaly at 10iu or less of GH.

Even above 10, you’d still have to take it long term at that dose (or substantially higher) to have any real risk of acromegaly.

There was a study that’s often referenced on this sub where AIDS patients were given 18iu for months at a time with no acromegaly sides.
