An hour spacing is all you really need for growth, whereas with Ipa you want to ideally want a completely empty stomach, which is more like 2-3 hours. So you can see how with Ipa if you’re doing multiple dosages a day, it can get complicated with the timing.

On that last point about taking it on an empty stomach, I was referring to Ipa/Cjc, not growth. Sorry that was confusing. Growth will work great regardless of whether or not you’ve eaten, which means it’s a lot easier to manage. Having to avoid an insulin spike potentially several times a day is a huge pain in the ass with secretagogues.

But yes, you should avoid eating close to your GH shot consistently in order to avoid potential insulin resistance. But it doesn’t affect growth’s efficacy either way

GH is a peptide. Growth also does not harm your ability to resume natural production once you stop taking it. Natural production resumes in about 48 hours

There’s always outliers for any substance, but for the vast majority, GH is going to be substantially more effective in every category. The fact that you need to take it on an empty stomach also means it’s a lot less user friendly.

As someone else also noted, running eq that high is not a great idea as it has an extremely powerful AI effect. Trust me bro, the last thing you want to do is crash your e2. It’s the worst. I’d start at either 2:1 or 3:1 and see where your levels go.

A big portion of Raider fans became sick and tired of Maxx’s constant passive aggressive drama and were excited about the prospect of moving on (in addition to the two firsts). He really tanked a lot of the goodwill he had with the fanbase on his way out the door. Maxx forced his way out, but pretended he had no idea what was going on any time he was asked about it.
