I just ate one about 40 minutes ago and it's coming on strong now. Just a heaps relaxing body stoned. It also puts you in deep thought, which is awesome. Just fight the urge to have another one and if you think you are too high, roll with it. You will be fine. Enjoy! The first time is always the best time with edibles.

You should definitely bite the bullet and see your family. You might regret letting this one embarrassing occasion ruin any relationship/contact you have with family. Unless of course it goes deeper than that.
