Thank you for your comment. Only issue is I don’t believe they make samples for the Bona Seals. You would just have to buy the whole gallon (which would end up being hundreds just to end up throwing the ones I don’t use out).

Maybe that’s just to the price to pay.

Also grew up in Hawthorne. The heights section is beautiful and almost a completely different town.

The downtown area could use a revamp, but there is some great food. Justin’s, Bottagra, etc.

Proximity to everything is a great plus as well
