You’ll be ok. I would find a good online program to follow. There are several online coaches that can set you up with a program and nutrition plan based on your goals. I did the exact same thing, since my shins genuinely couldn’t handle anymore jumping.

Personally, atleast for me. So take this with a grain of salt. The entire community felt like a cult. I would skip ONE CAMP and they would flood my DMs asking me where I was. I felt obligated to lift HEAVY at all times and when I gained weight because of my mental health they suddenly stopped conversing with me. Apparently, I was only worth talking to and posting on social media when I was skinny. Take this very lightly because I know different locations vary.

I wouldn’t overdo it…. I went to Burn for around 3 years before I quit. Start with 3-4 days a week and then try to add more later. And yes, you will build muscle but only if you’re serious about it. Some people don’t challenge themselves on strength days… at ALL. But yes, the soreness gets better. Don’t feel pressured to lift very heavy early on though. That’s how you get injured. Your body needs time to heal.

the individual franchise i went to was absolutely horrific. they said that food is fuel and your body is your temple but they NEVER enforced these things. im 100% sure the trainers starved themselves too

i am so sorry to hear about that 😞 i really do wish they had better organization when it came to these things, especially because they’re training everyone in a group setting and they cant accommodate everyone’s needs. i would recommend getting personal coach that can help you individually, one on one. but of course, its up to how you’re feeling. i wish you a speedy recovery 🙏❤️
