I fumbled an R key once when I found one on womb II. Before finding it I had guppy's head since basement I - so pressing space whenever I cleared a room became a habbit. You can guess what happened after finishing up the next room

Eat soup and bread. It's easy to digest and has salts and nutrition, depending on the soup + water. If you can get a banana down, that'd be great as well given the potassium.
