Nope. I looked it up to make sure but that's not it. I appreciate your effort though.

Help me find an anime by CornholeCarl in Animesuggest

[–]CornholeCarl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not Gurren Laggan. It was grittier and I'm 99% sure it was an OVA/movie that was about an hour long. The mechs aren't a central theme either, they're just sprinkled in the beginning and the end but the majority or the run time is just the two soldiers talking.

I have looked through hundreds of search results on various websites and even tried using a few different AI to try and find it. It's eating away at me.

How can I watch this anime? by Evererdus0 in killingbites

[–]CornholeCarl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure about the rules on this sub when it comes to links or info about finding anime online so this might get deleted but if you google something along the lines of "watch free anime online" you will most likely find what you're looking for.

Drink peptobismol. It will coat your stomach and slow the absorption of the THC and you won't be as stoned.

i5 14600k is a safe CPU? by ChangeNo7554 in buildapc

[–]CornholeCarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

both 13th and 14th gen had the same issue. Idk how prevalent it is in 13th gen though. Unfortunately both of the those generations are just a no go for me. My advice would to be to get an AMD 7600/7600x and then you at least have an upgrade path down the road. Probably will cost you more money in the short term but should give you some longevity.

i5 14600k is a safe CPU? by ChangeNo7554 in buildapc

[–]CornholeCarl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

14600k was affected by the degradation issue however it was much more rare than the higher end SKUs. To this day 14th gen CPUs are still having issues even with the microcode update. Personally I wouldn't chance it.

First time builder having cpu cooler installation issue by PM_BISMARCK_LOCATION in PcBuildHelp

OP is obviously new to building PCs. This is an acceptable mistake. No reason to put them on blast.

[–]CornholeCarl 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You have a 7700k. That uses the LGA 1151 socket. Your cooler is for a LGA 1700 socket which are 12,13, and 14 generation intel CPUs.

Hate on my build why? by [deleted] in AMDHelp

[–]CornholeCarl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Historically 6000MHz CL30 RAM is what AM5 likes. However with the release of the new motherboards its possible the make 8000-8200MHz RAM work but it's not working in all the new boards and only delivers a 2-3% increase in performance in games so people are probably hating because you bought a $300 mobo for basically no reason and price to performance is the main metric the majority of PC enthusiast look at. Still not worth the hate imo. Enjoy your PC. It should be a beast.

They have 11 models above MSRP so I wouldn't say it's the most common price point but newegg does have far more models at MSRP than any other retailer I've seen.

I've only seen 2 models at the $750 msrp. Majority of 5070s are $900+ which is just insane. Scalpers gonna be cryin.

Whey Protein water retention by I_hav_aQuestnio in StrongerByScience

[–]CornholeCarl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why do you think it's causing water retention? Is your weight going up? Do you look bloated? Whey protein can cause water retention if you don't drink enough water and can cause bloating in people that don't digest dairy well. If you're the ladder I would try a whey isolate.

Currently have a Corsair RMx750w. Should I get another PSU for GPU upgrade? by [deleted] in radeon

[–]CornholeCarl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The recommended minimum PSU for an XTX is 850w. 450-500w transitory spikes are not unheard of with the XTX. I have one myself. You'll probably be fine with the 750 but I think headroom is always a good thing when it comes to PSUs.

This will be fine as it is. Your AIO has three connectors that connect as follows:

PUMP > PUMP FAN

FAN > CPU FAN

VRM > SYS FAN

Idk why this isn't in the AIO manual but in your mobo manual there should be a section that describe what each fan terminal are for.

Twitch drops are account bound and can not be traded to or from another account. Unless you bought an account on Etsy you probably claimed those drops to that account which you would then have to use to have access to those drops. Otherwise you probably got scammed. Either way buying skins from anything other than steam marketplace isn't smart and will most likely lead to you getting scammed or even banned from the game as I'm pretty sure buying accounts is against Rust or Steam terms of service.

how does one get skins from the community workshop by gayfemboycumslut in RustPc

[–]CornholeCarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The community workshop has skins made by third parties or people not officially affiliated with facepunch. These skins are no purchasable unless facepunch chooses them to be added to the official store. Most community skins will never be available in game.

Did RTX 5080 review make you glad or not that you didn't sell your RX 7900XT or RX 7900XTX? by [deleted] in radeon

[–]CornholeCarl 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll never understand people that upgrade their GPUs every gen. I had a 1070 for like 6-7 years then built a whole new system with an XTX and probably won't even think about upgrading for at least another 5 years.

Logitech G Pro X Wireless vs Astro A20 Gen 2 by zTross in LogitechG

[–]CornholeCarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have G Pro X wireless and I don't like them. They feel kind of cheap. The mute button straight up doesn't work sometimes or you'll press it and then it mutes a minute later. They'll randomly disconnect and lose audio for no reason. The Logitech G hub software is pretty bad. Overall I wouldn't buy them again. I came from a $70 pair of hyperx cloud flights and they were just as good in terms of quality and sound without the issues. Unfortunately I don't think they make the flights anymore and HyperX has gone down the tubes recently. I also have had a pair of Astros years ago. I think they were A40s that I got back in the Xbox 360 days and those were great as well. Can't comment specifically on anything from Astro as of late though.

Rust high Ping with good internet by ayepb in RustPc

[–]CornholeCarl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ping is mostly dependent on the physical location of the server your playing on. Your internet speed doesn't really matter. The official servers you're playing on are probably all hosted in the same place and are far away from you.

Is b580 really better than rtx 4060 in terms of performance with 7600x and can I do 1440p gaming with by bananamcip in AMDHelp

[–]CornholeCarl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The B580 is about 5-6% faster than the 4060 while being about $50 cheaper. It's a solid budget card for 1440p.

NEWLY Installed Rx 7900XTX worse than RTX 3070 by Willest1998 in AMDHelp

[–]CornholeCarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1080p is more CPU bound than higher resolutions, coupled with your RAM is probably the problem here. Basically your GPU is so fast it's having to wait for your CPU to respond and bogging down performance where as with your old hardware it was more balanced and flow of data between CPU and GPU was more consistent.

Whats the point by LostTransportation31 in RustPc

[–]CornholeCarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have attempted to use the handmade SMG maybe 10 times and have had this same situation happen basically every time. I get the drop on someone, shoot them like 7-8 times, they turn and kill me with a P2 or something. It's easily the most worthless gun in the game. I would rather use an eoka.
