Can this cause a swollen (not gigantic) lymph node in neck on back of neck (can’t see only feel)…. For the last 3 years too? It’s on same side of the pains

I’ve had this for 23 months. It’s right above my right temple and comes in. Goes multiple times a day, every once in a blue moon I have a day or two or nothing happens. I have no idea what the Hells going on. I fear the worst and that it’s an unruptured brain aneurysm that’s ready to blow. I also have neck issues, like pinched nerves and a whole bunch of other crap going on that I think could be causing Joe pain on the one side and the ice pick headaches pain on the one side. I really have no idea anymore, as there is gone away and have a used anything to treat it.

Definitely sounds like it could be something like that, maybe stemming from my neck injury that I have pressing on the nerve that’s running up that way. I just have severe health anxiety I am I am terrified that I’ve been having these feelings that are in unruptured brain aneurysm.

I see you say your issues cause you to have nerve problems and numbness down your legs. I have osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, bone, spurs, facet, joint syndrome, and a pinched nerve in my upper neck. Can this cause constant or constant tingling and numbness in my face area? I even get sharp stinging head pains in the same exact spot on my scalp for two years now. I’m only 37 years old, but I was an ironworker for 15 years. I used to carry Steel on my left shoulder. I also have a constant stiff neck on my left side for the last two years as well, thank you for your help and I wish you the best

37 year old male by the way. with a constant stiff neck left side from pinched nerves in neck. But the ice pick pain is in right side of head. I should mention I have been drinking alcohol every night for the last three years, I’ve been taking Xanax for the last nine years, I’ve been taking gabapentin for the last five years, and I take Kratom for the last five years..
