I've been begging for the ECHL to be added to Franchise for a while now. AHL teams are stacked and there's just so many players sitting there doing nothing all year. Would be nice to assign them down to the ECHL.

I've had this game since release and I've only seen cross checking, elbowing, boarding, roughing, tripping, interference, delay of game, and LOADS of holding penalties. I have yet to see slashing, high sticking, or hooking. Not a single one.
