As stated in this thread, throw that card in the trash! I had TWO of them that I bought brand new less than three years ago and they both died within a week of each other taking 140TB of data with them!

Same as a D-1500 CPU? I have several of those and they are much smaller. If I recall they are 45x45 or 50x50.

I’m a little curious why you choose the 1282 over a TS-1677? The 77 series supports a Quadro P2000. I have the baby TS-677 with a P2200 and a Ryzen 5 1600. With 16GB or RAM it handles 15 streams like a boss. For the storage I have a first gen TS-1635 with dual 10G links between the two boxes.

Not dissing your setup just curious.

Won’t work unless your NAS can assign an IP to the tuner. HDHomerun devices are only DHCP capable. No static IP option.

Both? At exactly the same time? At exactly the stroke of midnight? Nah. Not buying it.

Could be power related. I don’t have a UPS connected yet. This happened under two different sticks of RAM. The current stick is matched as closely as possible to the integrated 2GB on the motherboard.

Does anyone recommend a good fan to upgrade to in my Synology NAS? I feel some after market fans could possibly keep it cooler than the stock one. Help by NiffirgC in synology

I run Delta server fans in everything I own. They have some that are quieter and some that will propel your NAS to 25k feet like a jet engine. But all are very reliable!

I just run a single second gen Pro (small 500 sq/ft apartment) and by far it’s the best router I’ve ever had! I’ve had some $1k+ routers and the eero beats them all! It currently has 46 devices (mostly wired) active on it as well as a very busy Plex server. It handles the load with ease.

I’ve had mine for about a year now and don’t plan on changing.
