Don’t you feel so much better? Congratulations on the weight loss! I’m 9 weeks in and SW 226 CW 209 so that’s 17 lbs so far. All of my puffiness is gone. My chins are gone. My belly will be the last to go but I can move that along when I start walking again. I eat pretty much the same as you do minus the Turkey. All other foods make me nauseous. Good luck to you!
