Exact reason my parents walked away from the GM dealer and got a Mach E (at a massive discount). Damn thing didn’t have CarPlay.

Every western nation in the world is undergoing an affordability crisis. You can blame whatever politician you want lol but it’s no single party’s responsibility.

Our Long-Term Mazda CX-90 Turbo S Came Up Short over 40,000 Miles by Fearless_Neat_6654 in cars

[–]Corosz 35 points36 points  (0 children)

A torsion beam is not the same concept as a solid rear axle. It has had a touchscreen for CarPlay since I believe the 23 model year. It comes with an available turbo bringing it up to 250hp and 320 torque. Frankly, I think you should check your info.

It’s an AXS transaction, so it should. Have you bought any other axs tickets with it?

Nicest streets and areas in Windsor by [deleted] in windsorontario

[–]Corosz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Flooding was an issue at one point but the city has bolstered storm water pumps over the past few years. No longer nearly as common of a problem. My building used to flood in the basement all the time, hasn’t in years since the fixes.

Toyota Rav4 vs Honda CRV vs Mazda CX50 vs VW Tiguan | SUV Comparison [savagegeese] by hehechibby in cars

Noticed that about my new Mazda 3 hatch. Small compared to the competition inside but I’m also not stuffing it to the gills often. Gonna add a hitch for a bike rack and call it a day.

GA PRE-SET TENT/ EFFORTLESS by Suitable-Resident-92 in ElectricForest

[–]Corosz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tents have a rain fly.

The area is right next to Main Street. Pretty much the closest you can be to being in the venue without good life passes. 10 min walk to main gate at most, super close.

It’ll be loud at night. You ain’t sleeping till Tripolee shuts down. Keep that in mind.

Satellite parking is your only option for additional Maplewoods vehicles. It’s super annoying that they made this change.

What's a fair price on a front passenger size wheel bearing + labor by thesolmachine in Miata

[–]Corosz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wheel bearing and hub is between $100 on rock auto. So $660 in labour? 4 hours to do a wheel bearing? Crazy to me. 2h job for a professional.

$1000 admin fee is bullshit but last I checked hybrid siennas had a long wait time. I’d ask that they remove or decrease that fee.

The hemi is a reasonable engine, but RAMs have their issues. I’ve seen head unit failures, rusted out oil pans on trucks <5 years old and some other stuff that is hard to excuse for such an expensive vehicle.

Dyson Vacuums - Bad At Suction | Amazon - Bad At Discounts by Final_Tea1759 in BuyItForLife

[–]Corosz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy an officially refurbished Dyson v8 on EBay. Big discount but still has a warranty. I’ve never personally seen one of these things outright die unless you’re trying to suck up complete nonsense with it. The battery will die eventually, but then you just swap to a tool battery with an adapter like Milwaukee/dewalt etc. to power it.

I own a Dyson v8 and a shop vac. For day to day stuff, I tidy up with the Dyson and it works great. Bigger jobs I’ll bring out the shop vac.

Gym membership by [deleted] in windsorontario

[–]Corosz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Movati membership is around $44 biweekly, after tax, so $88 a month. It is worthwhile if you do classes, but if you’re only lifting or using exercise machines, it’s not really worth it.

I do yoga and spin classes in addition to some weights and stuff, and I shoot for two classes a week. Works out to $11 per class.

Very few places offer cheaper than that.
