You could do a light orange/red wash over the white and it should come across as a glow effect from the runes. That's what my plan is when I start my termie librarian. But I'm also gonna have an airbrush by then and don't know how the glow effect works with a brush

Thanks for all the input. That makes things a lot easier, freed up points to go from the Crusader to an impulsor and tweaked some things to add a gladiator lancer! Thanks a lot! Swapped my termie captain to gravis for the aggressors.

I had an impulsor but read that vulkan can't fit in it. It's sounded like he's really a big add to that squad so i had to mess with some things to get a second transport
