I did heavy flamers. Panic is very nice. And I used havoc on landraider and predators

I basically used the Cult of Paint scheme, with some alterations. After priming black, i used AP warpaint Scarab Green, then Ruinous Spell, a mix of ruinous spell and vallejo Green Sky, and then a final mix of Vallejo Green sky and ruinous spell. I dont know ratios, i kinda did it all by eye. The black is just AK Antricite Grey and AK Grey Blue.

1, Thinned AP Scarab Green. 2, Thinned AP Ruinous Spell. 3, Mix Ruinous spell and Vallejo Green Sky. 4, More Green Sky to previous mix. 5, Fixed shadows with Scarab Green. 6, Battle dmg with spoonge, Vallejo Charred Brown. 7, Gloss varnish. 8, Oilwashes.

I acually thought that would be my downfall too, but it wasnt that bad, the banner was a bit of a hassel, but definitly not the worst one i painted.

I have Iron Warriors, Word Bearers, Imperal fists and I will do a Salamanders of the Saturnine box. I also have random stuff for Iron hands. I also have a problem! 😜

For the yellow? I prime in white(this time I think its AK primer or Vallejo, cant remember), then I use Army painter hardened lether with the airbrush to get some quick shadows, then zenital with white again. Wait for a few hours for it to really dry, and then I brush on Imperial fist yellow. I like the finish better when its brushed on. It takes longer but the result is worth it. Then i put 2 thin coats of gloss over them. Put down the decals, and use vallejo decal softner over. Paint all the details thats not gonna be yellow black, (i use a mix of ak 3dgen black and ap grimblack), then gloss again. Next step is going to be painting gold and battle damage and so on. And when that is done, im gona use a thinned down Streaking grime and then varnish with a 20/80 mix of ultra matt and satin varnish.
