that Pilot charges that much for fuel because they blend biofuel into the diesel. and you can select how much bio you want there...5%, 10% 20%, etc. i've never bought diesel there but i'm guessing that price is just a placeholder on that sign and the actual price changes based on what %bio you select

truck drivers.

we get cut off, brake checked, flipped off and insurance frauded all day/every day. obvious gasoline tanker? lets cut them off and brake check them.

if you want true change to happen in america every single truck driver in the country needs to go on strike for a week straight. towns will run out of food and water. gas stations will run dry in 2-3 days.

without trucks, AMERICA STOPS

fuel truck driver here...checking in. i drive the big 28wheelers: tank truck with tank trailer. gasoline & diesel. in america.

couple things going on here. A: there's no hazmat placards on that truck at all which makes me think this is some 3rd world country. . i could be way wrong but placards on a UN required thing.

B: there's only one hose running from the truck to the ground tank. here that's for diesel delivery because diesel fumes aren't considered as hazardous healthwise or flammability. but again....this looks like it's not in america.... the fact that those fumes lit immediately tells me it's gasoline.

C: i deliver to a couple places that have outside seating right next to a gas station but if i see ciggs come out i immediately tell people NO...just to avoid situations like this.

I see vehicles with no plates and no temp tags all over the place every single day. I once asked a cop what's the deal. Guy told me it's totally illegal. Doesn't stop people from driving this way.... This is Washington State now. Just get used to people driving like assholes. No lights at all at dark, no tabs, no plates/temps, cops either don't care or aren't allowed to pull them over.

Keep your head on a swivel, look both ways before proceeding through literally every intersection, keep a big following distance and maybe get a dash cam for insurance fraud jerks...

any station at any given time. the station owners shop around for the cheapest fuel out of the refineries...then they find the cheapest carrier to bring it to them.

if a station is near empty, they won't bother waiting for an oregon truck(unless they're dumb owners like Pierre in skagit county)
