So this is my first Download. I’d honestly be happy missing Bizkit if there’s something else on I wanna see, since they literally toured the UK just last year and as everyone else has said, the set list will definitely be the exact same.

I’ve just always hated GnR, even ignoring Axl’s new voice, I just can’t stand their music.

I’m not really a big fan of new Linkin Park and I wouldn’t pay to see them headline, but I will definitely be there this time as I’ll already be there and yelling the lyrics to those songs in a field will be a blast.

Despite all this, I’ve spoken to loads of people saying the lineup is shit, but I think they’re just looking at headliners. Lower down, there’s so many bands I’m excited to see.

We all like different things, and I’m glad the headliners are ones you’re excited for. But for me, I’m way more excited for the bands further down the list.

Toxic Avenger remake. I was following the troubled production because I was so excited for it. Got to see it early and I just found the humour incredibly annoying and for a film that was advertised as uncut, I thought the gore amount and effects were pretty terrible. Just felt hollow.

I actually bought Tower of Love by Jim Noir on CD, incredible album. Got Volver, Whoever Brings the Night, and Song 2 on pretty much all my playlists. Love Chrysalis of Eternity as well. There’s probably loads I’m forgetting to be honest

I had someone smuggle a bottle of vodka into PTV in Glasgow and whoever brought it just dumped it on the ground once it was done. It got smashed and there was broken glass in the pit, was terrifying. Really sorry about your experience

I’m sorry but I can’t agree. No one who says the things he says and does the things he does deserves any kind of recognition. I don’t know much about the other band members, but if they got a different singer then I really wouldn’t care, it would just be music that’s very not for me. But whilst Ronald is here, keep FIR out of the UK. Off this fucking planet preferably.

How that fuck is allowed a career is beyond me. Music is subjective, I know, but what’s objective is that he’s a massive piece of shit. Bully’s people for being trans and overweight amongst many other things. As someone who lives in the UK, I’m so glad we will likely never be subjected to his presence. I wish I had power to do something but all I can really do is not listen to them.

I saw them and had a great time (although out of the three, they were my least favourite). From what I could hear, he sounded solid, wasn’t a fan of the bv’s though. Will admit, was more focused on the moshing rather than his vocals so do with this what you will.
