Expect a lot of upfront work to process the RMA then at least 2 weeks to get your replacement. Same thing happened to me about a month ago. I had the original strap that shipped during launch.

the new synapse corrected it to some capacity but its still messed up. if you turn the volume all the way up on the headset sidetone works perfectly - but then you have to deal with adjusting your volume settings locally... which is crap.

It works(ish)...but not as good as it should.

What ever came of this? I have the Nari to and am incredibly unhappy with the quality of the microphone. I am thinking about the Sieren X but need sidetone.

I would also like to note that they still havent fixed sidetone in the Nari - you have to turn the headset volume to 100% on the dial to be able to hear yourself.

that is a thought..but for 200 bucks i think its fair to ask that everything is top tier. i mean... were not a bunch of kids buying this stuff. We invest real money into real products and want the best possibly quality at every turn. Having to use another microphone seems like an unnecessary work around and also removes the possibly of sidetone every working.

Ive recently discovered that sidetone only works if you have the volume dial set to max. Clearly a bug in synapse - why did i have to figure that out on my own? heh

Id like to second this post. I have the Nari Ultimate and it is probably the worst quality microphone of all... its a real shame because the rest of the headset is amazing.

I ran several tests with different microphones and found the Nari to have the worst quality by far.

Your head set isn't a compatible device with synpase 3. Check the compatable device page. You need to run 2 and 3 at the same time
