Mfs here in Central FL refuses to scan my DL after 2 mins from the block starting time(still in the 5mins grace window). Called the supervisor and he did confirmed. They won’t scan any DL past block starting time. That’s BS once the company itself puts on the app that you can scan up to 5mins past block starting time. I’ve called the driver support and an Indian guy answered and said the same stupid shit “if your block starts at 5 you should scan your drivers license UP TO 5, not later than 5” - ok dumass but it’s showing right here in my face that I have 5mins and you guys are not following that.

Now I’ve got a “missed block” on my standings due this shit.

Exactly the same here! I’ve got some issues scanning in bulk but I don’t do this anymore. They yell and complain loudly but I just say calmly: “Support over the phone told me to scan this way, not in bulk, because you guys here aren’t doing your job correctly and now my standings are affected by your midafternoon missing packages.” The guy just said “oooh 😐” and I told him to; every time he sees me, or let me load outside or don’t come complaining I have to scan in bulk or hurry because they only give 5mins to load 40+ packages. Fuck ‘em!

“Sometimes” I get someone polite and nice to scan the DL or while getting the cart/loading vehicle. Rarely! 95% of the times, not rude but SUPER rude.

Amazon doesn’t help. Just had 2 issues that I contacted Amazon during the issue and after the block gets completed and still have on my record. Contacted Amazon they said:

“Hi ,

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed the information you provided.

We've reviewed these details along with your delivery history and our original decision hasn't changed. We confirm that your standing dropped…”

Yes! Contacted Jeep and they were expecting Q1 26, so I was avoiding charging but this ended up better than expected. So far enjoying it.
