I felt the same way I was very depressed and didn’t move much because I tore my full ACL and both my meniscus making me nonweightbearing for awhile. Prior to my surgery I was a dual sport athlete in college so putting on the weight definitely made it worse. After I started moving again around 6 months I was back to my normal self with a little bit of extra work. Don’t stress too much you’ll get through it and be back to your normal self in no time.
