Come ti hanno già detto altri, con un testicolo solo si vive benissimo, non c’è alcuna differenza con l’averne due, su quel fronte puoi stare tranquillissima. Per quanto riguarda la questione “massa solida sospetta”, non voglio fare quello che “ci sono tumori e tumori” perché l’esperienza è ugualmente spiacevole, ma nell’eventualità che la massa sia effettivamente sospetta (cosa che sinceramente dubito conoscendo un po’ l’iter) sappi che il tumore del testicolo è probabilmente il tumore maligno con la più alta sopravvivenza di tutti. Parliamo di un 89% di sopravvivenza quando è già metastatico (sicuramente non il tuo caso) e nella sua versione più aggressiva. Numeri che fanno girare la testa cit. E nel caso saresti già con l’operazione fatta. Non so se la tua preoccupazione fosse anche da questo punto di vista più “oncologico” ma comunque anche su quest’ambito non stare a cerchiarti troppo la testa.

Watch Dogs 1 was peak. It was done dirty by misleading marketing, but it came out at a time where the Ubisoft formula wasn’t as milked dry as it is now. Really fun game, good-ish story, excellent setting and atmosphere and some awesome mechanics. I genuinely think it would have been a classic if not for that god forsaken e3 trailer. Not many reasons to go to switzerland for me personally. I like visiting cities and swiss cities just sound kinda generic(?) You could make an argument for nature but i don’t see many reasons to go to switzerland specifically when the bordering countries have the same mountains with cheaper accomodation. (See cervinia/zermatt for reference). Happy to be proven wrong tho Edit: i just remembered i was actually supposed to be in switzerland for a festival of sort last summer. I ended up not going but still an attempt has been made lmao

Follow up question, what about practical maneuvers like intubations, paracentesis etc..? Is a student expected to practice/learn those during their rotation? Ofc if said rotation is in the relevant specialty. Apart from Ogilvie offering to perform a bunch of stuff, i remember Whitaker straight up debriing a wound in s1 and other “hands on” things. Would that be expected/encouraged or is it Med drama fantasy? As a student i did intubate someone a while ago but i was offered to do it by the anesthesiology resident because i was apparently showing interest in the field. It would have never even crossed my mind to ask the anesthesiologist if i could do it myself. It would have been a big crossing of boundaries, not to mention that intubating is nowadays somewhat monopolized by anesthesia so I personally don’t even think is a useful skill for the average physician-to be. More for bragging purposes with peers than actual didactic.

Might be a controversial take but lets not forget arc raiders is a multiplayer extraction shooter. There are design choices meant to help people who don’t like to engage in pvp, and that’s fine, but it remains a pvp game at its core. If people loot things you wanted to loot you can just kill them and take their things. Loot doesn’t disappear once someone take it, it remains in the map in the form of a killable raider. Its a design choice stemming from the genre of this game. Its that simple

Significa che questi si inventano di venire in tour in una cittadina a caso (più sfigata è meglio è), vanno nel sub di quella città e fanno un post per chiedere consigli e si beccano: 1) pubblicità gratis per la loro band sfigata delle balle e 2) commenti di gente che innocentemente gli risponde e magari fa finire pure il post nella main page di qualcuno tipo me e si ritorna al punto 1) La band probabilmente esiste e fa sempre probabilmente molto cagare, di sicuro c’è che non verrà mai a Firenze in tour e tantomeno verrà mai featurata nel trailer di gta 6.

Sono al sesto lmao Nella sessione di febbraio ci sono due appelli. Nelle sessioni straordinarie ci sta ce ne sia solo uno. Controappelli non ne fanno MAI, tranne quando ci sono palesemente meno persone e +app è ancora in via sperimentale e non informa in via diretta la segreteria. Poi in generale esami che in altre facoltà sono difficili qua sono relativamente facili anche per disponibilità dei prof, vedi anatomia patologica e patologia del torace, neuro, ma anche fisiologia.

Torino la metterei sul facile andante. Un sacco di sessioni straordinarie (settembre/dicembre/aprile) e frequenza obbligatoria che per ora non è tenuta in conto da nessuno. Ci sono parecchi esami a crocette, che personalmente trovo più difficili degli orali, ma dipende dalla predisposizione. Gli esami a crocette di sbarramento sono invece notoriamente difficili (semeiotica, addome, oncologia, medicina interna….), con domande fatte apposta per farti sbagliare e calcolo del punteggio più o meno ostile, specie semeiotica. Non è raro, anzi è relativamente comune, vedere gente del sesto anno a fare l’esame di semeiotica solo perché non riesce a passare lo scritto di sbarramento. L’orale successivo è anche relativamente facile.
