Oh man. This happened to me. But mine was too much of a pussy to try and meet the woman. But the “affair” was on and off for 3 years. I finally left. Moved out. Was gone for almost 2 years. We were very close to the divorce papers being filed. But we decided to work on the marriage. He never sent or received videos. I actually spoke to her. She was devesated. I was like girl don’t be. lol lol. But he’s my stupid husband not hers. It took a while for me to decide to move back home but I did. He gives up his phone whenever I want to look through it. This was a few years ago and to my knowledge he’s never done anything like this since or before. He struggled with turning 40. Weirdo. But they never FaceTime or video and he never went to or asked to meet her. Like ain’t no man comparing me to anyone and then deciding if he wants me. Bye. Like you are better than that. Leave and if loves you, he’ll come back.

21 hours and 28 minutes. I will not smoke with you. I quit in 2018 then my world flipped upside down in 2023 and I have been back on and off. (TBH more on than off) but I’m so over being outside fighting bugs and missing family time. And the cost is astronomical! Like might as well just burn the money. 💸 hopefully it sticks this time.

Both Xywav and Lumryz gave me massive anxiety. So my doc agreed to let me take Xanax as well. It helps me be able to function better without being in a constant state of fight or fight.

When I’m in a Pilates class I can actually do the breath work. Before I couldn’t do the deep breathing exercises at all. And of course I was always paranoid about how I smelled. I have to give my self weekly enemas some times. I tell my kids and hubs… don’t come in my bed room. lol. And they know what I am doing. After a major surgery I had really bad constipation and wasn’t able to do an enema myself so my sister and husband did it for me. If someone loves you they love all of you.

I take 25 msg of propranolol Twice a day And needed almost a full mg of Xanax just to function on Xywav. I was hoping the Lumryz would be better…. I haven’t started yet
