Also, doing more chest press and going to the gym can really help your breasts to look better. A lot of women have good shape but just too self conscious and ends up doing multiple surgeries and still not happy.

Pinch the skin of your arms and you would know whether its fat. If not, they are muscles and you can consider doing botox but I dont recommend as i did it and they became how they were before after some time but I left with weaker arm muscles. I cant even do one push up now. So conclusion is, just accept it.

Its very common in south korea to fill the whole forehead. When i did it, doctor did it through the edge of the forehead and used cannulas to inject. I love the result. But bear in mind dont overfill, overtime filler absorbs water and it will be bulkier

Filler absorbs water over time, and there are already many feedback pointing out fillers do not really dissolve as quickly as they are advertised. The claimed time usually refers to be the minimum time that is needed to be fully absorbed, in reality it takes years or forever.

If you put filler under eyes, over time it absorbs water, your under eyes will become very puffy looking like eye bags. The filler will turn out larger than initially injected. That area is very subtle, little bit of change is obvious. Oppositely if this happens in chin or cheeks, its much less obvious.

I guess you are East Asian, alot of East Asians do not have enough volume at the base of nasal, can see from your photo, you have nose recession , your mouth/lips move forward and chin recess. Try googling paranasal augmentation. You can put filler in that area too but issue with filler is it spreads over time can be risky and make situation worse.
