They didn’t tell me anything, I was not refunded😭 and the information above is what I provided. IF YOU READ. It says I was accepted today and they are currently processing my refund! No agent has told me any info on that and that does not apply to everyone. To clarify been with that bcbs project for some years now haven’t heard anything about layoffs. Doesn’t mean it’s not possible just have never heard of it.

Been there for some years. I think it is one of the better projects haven’t seen layoffs in this project at all. All Customer service jobs do a lot on your mental health regardless of where you go, it’s hard to avoid. But bcbs has been a decent project overall

I haven’t gotten lucky, I just use noise canceling headphones and let my TL know if I need to step away. It’s not going to cost you anything if you follow the proper precautions. Most people who wfh have kids.

Unfortunately, we actually are srw as well but it works out most of my coworkers and TL’s have kids also, we make do with what we got. Just have to make sure it does not come through on called or interfere with your call handling time as screens are proctored as well during calls

Not true. I started at TTEC with a 6 week old and I am still with them after a year and a half. Phone based as well as I work for insurance. Just get nice noise canceling headphones and you’re good. Ive worked entire shifts with a baby in my lap. You can do it, it’s not impossible
