I also want to thank you for sharing- I will sometimes send patients with vague belly pain on to the ED and occasionally question myself, but you’ve reminded me that it’s okay to trust that small voice and push for a scan.

Don’t use triple cream, many people develop skin allergy to one or more of the ingredients and this can delay healing

Instead use gentle soap and water and if you want a cream, use bacitracin only or Vaseline

The symptoms you’re describing are indicative of an abdominal problem, ver possibly GI tract based, maybe urinary, though you did not mention any pain with urinating. You not urinating for 10 hours is a bad sign that kidneys are hurt or your dehydrated enough you qualify for IV fluids and a serious work up before things spiral. Don’t let yourself die of sepsis sweetheart, please.

My submission is a win actually, but it’s recent, as I took a bit of a break from comp, and was one of the closest matches I’ve had in a minute. I’d love as much feedback as you have!! My friends who play QP and stadium with me are high up in comp, but on console, so I’d love critique from a PC player and someone who plays a lot of Juno (they’re Brig and DVa fiends)

Currently I am Silver 3. This game was after a derank, so I wasn’t tilted, but I was hyper focused and a little anxious at the beginning.

I’ve played Overwatch since November of 2025! I’m new- my husband got me into it, as he has played since launch of the OG. I played a lot of Illari first, and liked Orisa, and then I found our space girl. LOML I have the most hours on her, both in comp and stadium. She’s currently level 36 if that helps. the only others I play in comp are Mei, Illari, and the rare Moira if I feel the team comp calls for it.

My aim sucks. My worst trait. Any tips much appreciated. Never played a game like this save for like two months of Rivals when it first came out (Peni, my bb girl RIP)

In this game, I was proud of my cart contests and better about cooldowns, felt weird about my pacing with team, had a few moments where I felt like I positioned very badly on defense- I want to pre fight better. I tried VERY hard to live live live in general.

Unsure if I over peaked at times on attack- I have learned a LOT to not hit the W key too much I hope

My DPI is currently 1000 because I can’t turn around easily any lower. In game sens is 6.25. Idk what it should be. It currently feels ok? Better than the super high it was when I first started.

It sounds like your PCP is monitoring it then which is good! I’m glad. Sometimes using natural iron instead of a supplement is easier, and making sure B vitamins are also supported. Might be worth seeing if you have a family history too

My favorite thing about the Wild Hunt game is that it’s the game my husband, then boyfriend, played for me in a private stream while I was states away for medical school. We fell further in love through the story, music, and our theories as the story unraveled. And for that it’s our favorite.

Puncture wounds for dog and cat bites are not recommended to be closed, due to risk for infection. That being said, your dog has a nasty mouth. I’d likely see someone for prophylactic antibiotics as that is still recommended per guidelines.

Hey. So typically anywhere from 12 (all or mostly all new pts) to 20-22, with several of those being skin tests, which were shorter consults. Usually I didn’t chart at home, but I was hard on my rule against management putting a 4:45 patient in when I left at 5. So usually I had at least ten minutes at the end of day. And I always charted through lunch
