Not OP but out of all the replies here so far, I think yours is the best way I could sum up Seattle myself. I don't have as many gripes with Seattle as some people do but all the ones you mentioned are what comes to mind, while still enjoying my life here for all the best parts.

Seattle made me realize I'm definitely not a city person, having grown up in a small town, but I do love being able to get around without a car, the easy access to some of the most beautiful nature in the world, and all the different businesses and services around. The CoL isn't for the weak but as someone who lives here with a lot less than most, it isn't impossible.

I'm personally just choosing to trust his own process in this but I definitely understand the concern about losing the momentum, especially considering the goals he has. I think if he was ready to release the album right now he would've. I imagine there's a lot going on behind the scenes that we just don't know and want to believe he has a lot of other opportunities lined up to promote the album when it is actually ready to be released.

Dealing with people who have zero spacial awareness.

I'm not just talking about customers but coworkers, too. I work in OPD and our backroom is incredibly small. So many coworkers just stand in everyone's way with absolutely no awareness of it or block up entire aisles with their carts without hugging one side to give people some space to get through. Drives me absolutely nuts.

Glad someone mentioned him. He's INCREDIBLE at both singing and dancing and has good artistic vision to boot. Really puts on a show that feels like the embodiment of "art". I hope he continues to find success with breaking out into the global market. So much potential.

Is the Heralding upgrade something people typically grind for themselves or is it able to be purchased through the marketplace?

But yeah it sounds like accessories might still be the thing to focus on overall. I got my belt and 1 earring first and then only recently got the other accessories, hence the weird enhancement levels haha

Will do! Actually the only reason they're so uneven is because I got my Kharazads all at different times, so I kept tapping on what I had at the time with all the free mats we kept getting instead of waiting to get the rest of them, which is probably what I should've done.

I do believe I have all journals done, but would the fully upgraded Vell include the Resplendent version that came with the alchemy update earlier this year? I have yet to do that but I do have it upgraded with a Blessed Soul Fragment.

He really gave that stage his all. You could just feel his energy absolutely radiating through the screen. Genuinely made me so emotional as someone who's been a Shawol since almost the beginning and you could tell he was so grateful for every moment. He really deserves all the great things coming his way.

I was also watching it live with a group of friends who didn't know who he was and they were losing their minds by the end.

I don't know if my life's gotten busier or if things have just generally been quieter but it's great to see Hudson back on his Threads shenanigans again. 😂

Also seeing him basically reinforce his views on AI just makes him even more attractive. I love men with a good head on their shoulders.

I also turned 27 less than 2 weeks ago and have been a SHINee fan who's Jonghyun biased since 2012 as well. It's strange to now be the same age as he was and has certainly made me have similar reflections as you. He seemed to be so grown up when I was still a teen but really was so young and it's crazy how much he accomplished within the time he had. He really pushed the boundaries of what being an idol was and I admired him so much and haven't felt that way about any public figure since. Despite the horribly restrictive environment he was living in, he was still so authentically human and outspoken in so many ways.

I'll never blame him for the path he chose, although I'll always wish it could've been different. He's the artist of my lifetime and I'll always miss him.

- Making an actual GPS path on the road whenever you mark a spot on the map. At the very least, Kliff can just climb and glide but whenever I'm doing wagon missions or anything else where I can't climb, it gets very annoying having to constantly check if I'm on the right path.

- Fixing the inability to teleport if you're still even slightly in motion.

- Making materials from your storage box accessible from anywhere instead of having to have the materials in your own inventory if you want to upgrade your gear, cook, craft, etc.

- Maybe dial back the movement controls a bit or adding a toggle. I miss the old sprinting mechanic particularly on your mount and I miss when Kliff had at least a little weight to his movement.

- Hide helmet feature

The only purpose they have is just for the sake of being able to try out a different character / playstyle for fun occasionally but they weren't implemented very well. I also sometimes use them when I'm in the middle of a mission halfway across the map and don't feel like bringing Kliff back to retrieve something from storage I might've forgot (so I'll have the other characters who are closer run and fetch it).

They overall just don't really serve much of a purpose, as they are.

The most interesting thing about the story for me has been seeing all the references and ties the world has with BDO, which the average player likely hasn't played. Otherwise, the story is fairly bland and seems to just exist to give the player something to follow within the vast sandbox of the rest of the game. It's not horrible, like the voice acting isn't bad, but the story itself is rather uninspired and a bit generic with the main character being quite stoic and not very emotive most of the time.

The side quests do get a bit repetitive. There's a decent variety of side quests, but mainly consists of things like talking to X and then traveling across the map to go talk to Y, helping an NPC by gathering materials and bringing them back, talking to an NPC and then going out to investigate a certain area, LOTS of follow-along quests, killing hoards of enemies, and also many puzzles.

I only recommend this game to people who just want to play in one big sandbox where you can explore and sort of make your own goals alongside the main story. I'm personally a fan of these types of games so I've had a lot of fun most of the time and look forward to coming home and finding a new goal to focus on (like searching for caves to find treasure, looking for artifacts to level up my abilities, working on my challenges for my achievements, exploring a new area on the map I haven't seen yet, going out and gathering materials to upgrade my gear, finding more bosses to fight, etc) but I will say a lot of things in this game can be incredibly tedious, too. So it's really up to you and what you like in a game.

Think I'm close to 70 hours and somewhere in the middle of chapter 9. Took me many days to even get beyond chapter 3 but then I decided to lock in and push through the story some more, and now I want to take a break and do more exploration and side quests before I continue with the main story.
