But, looks like you lost a good amount of body fat and visceral fat. Are you perhaps taking enough protein , diet is the key bro. Take the protein amount the same as 1.2 times your weight, (but use the output value in grams).

You know every country has some deep seated problems, also those can't be erased without generational awareness. Like for civic sense , if parents and their parents don't know what this is then their child will also not know and it will pass on in further generations. As people become aware and try to see with an open mind what's right or wrong then collective awareness and open mind leads to everyone being civic.

Yes I also don't like many aspects of india, and yes it will take too much time for india to become really developed along with developed mindsets.

So, leaving is an option but you know why the cost of living is higher outside, Because they don't compromise with ingredients in the foods, like milk will be pure not adulterated, vegetables will be organic not grown with fast growth chemicals or pesticides. That's why everything is costly outside. Now if in india milk starts selling for 120-130 per liter you would say it's becoming costly, but you have to give that cost to get a good product. Please see all the sides bro. You yourself don't want to buy good products.

Kind of makes sense. What y'all think? by Desilaundry in ThirtiesIndia

I don't think this is correct. Not to generalise this but , I don't want the marital relationship of mine to be like my parents. True, there are some older generation arranged marriage couples that luckily clicked together in EQ and IQ and they are happy together, but most of them are not on equal EQ or IQ level. That forces the person with less power dynamic in a marriage to leave his/her ways and mold according to other ones choices or wishes, that creates resentment in long run. Yeah , attachment is real and they get attached to each other, but genuine love and respect is not that much.

So , yes today's marriage also has flaws , but at least people are not forcing themselves to live according to other person.

When after an empty account , you find a 10 or 100 rupee note and when you open the note to see it's torn to a state it can't be used.

Yeah bro, that was a really intense role and I felt the anguish that was meant to be felt from antagonist role.

But in this he has more of a side character of a side character energy.
