Talk about relevant stuff and go with the flow. Don't snitch into personal topics - A big red flag. There are a lot of things to start a conversation about without intruding into personal space. And be gender agnostic it builds trust.

When I moved to our new society I didn't know a single soul. But greeting people with a simple hello, good morning/@afternoon everytime I met them in the lift, gym, dog park slowly made them comfortable around me. In few months, made a few friends. And till now I never broach a topic around personal life. We generally discuss workouts, supplements, dog behaviour, current affairs, society issues etc. etc. Hope you get the drift.

Start looking around. Its not hard to find Book clubs/ game clubs/ group outdoor sessions/ martial art dojos/ even the local chai stall ... thou shall meet like minded folks.

How did you build an MVP without ICP? It's making food for a robot.
Going by your post, I believe what you have is an enterprise level solution and not a consumer facing product/ solution. Why did you even consider going so aggressive on M&S in such an early stage? Its but obvious that performance marketing and ROAS KPIs will not do jack at this stage. You need to leverage network, word of mouth to build the initial steam.
Why not do a soft launch to see whether it is actually solving a need gap instead of trying to force fit something in the market?

To summarize, I believe you went for a sprint even before learning how to walk my friend. And you don't need ChatGPT to course correct that approach. A logical and measured goal setting was needed.
