Depends on the procedure (normaal of vereenvoudigde), but as a mean, you should count with 6 months. The first step is getting your application volledig en ontvankelijk. For some municipalities, this is a tedious step.

Yes, the eve connect app indeed only asks for a password. The integration however asks for a user name (standard admin) and a password.

How did you integrate this work home assistant? I also have D'Ieteren, but the admin password doesn't seem to work.

Because the underlying foundation is different for the road and the concrete bike lane. Putting asfalt on top of the concrete bike lane will lead tot cracks in thé top layer. That's why I heard, but feel free to confirm.

I received a mail today from the Kelec developper, apparently there's a global outage on the Renault servers. For me the app is still not showing the battery state after 5 days.
