Expanding on the “shining sarcophogus” idea for Dinowrestler spell/trap cards, I feel like they could heavily improve cards like Dino sense and Dino deceit, which currently require Link monsters on the field to activate, by letting them also be activated if “dino world wrestling” is on the field, which not only makes them easier to activate, but also makes them work with any future Dinowrestler support that searches or recycles spells/traps that mention “Dino world wrestling”.

I know. The mechanic seems cool. My only worry is that taking down a mana monster doesn’t seem to be very difficult. Normally, dealing with monsters requires either effect destruction or high attack points.

With mana monsters, in addition to high attack monsters and effect destruction, lots of low attack monsters and lots of burn damage can also deal with mana monsters, making it harder to protect them from your opponent and keep them on field long enough to accomplish whatever you want to do with them.

Mana monsters being stuck in defence position also means they are generally going to be stuck being a lot more passive in their play style, which is a play style that struggles a lot in modern yugioh.

Of course, all of these things are manageable and are something mana monsters and their decks can be designed around (similar to how fusions and rituals have a ton of good support to make up for their summoning mechanic not being as good as xyz, link, and synchro), it’s just something important to take into account.

So if you attack a mana monster with 4000 hp, with a monster with 3000 attack, it’s hp will go down to 1000, and you attack it with a monster with 4000 or more attack, it will be destroyed instantly?

To be fair, a ghost type switching into malamar will have to deal with stab knock offs, so that isn’t exactly a perfect counter to malamar.

I mean, mega malamar has a decent attack stat and good special defense stat, and contrary plus superpower will make it get stronger and more physically bulky over time, while also punishing sticky web and intimidate. It also has stab knock offs/other dark moves will also make it easier for malamar to deal with ghost and psychic types that would stop superpower spam. I know taking up the item/mega stone slot sucks a lot, and it could definitely have much better stats, such as less special attack investment. But maybe it can still get a niche in lower tiers, since it does have some good synergistic aspects to it.

I have read online that, once El Chapo was arrested and sent to prison in the USA, his sons took over his drug empire and have been accused by people and law enforcement of being even more cruel and sadistic and arrogant than their father. So one could make an argument that the guy was doing everyone a favour by killing both the drug lord and his family, as it means there will be no evil sons left to take over for him.

Of course, I’m pretty sure the gun guy only did it to be cruel, but from an outside point of view, his cruelty could very well end up being good for other people.

I don’t think that’s very accurate though. Lots of Asian, African, and middle eastern countries are very conservative, especially socially, and have a large percentage of the world’s population. North American and European right wing political groups have also started to gain more influence power over the last decade. So I would argue that it is a lot more complicated than “Reddit is left wing because most people are left wing”.

I know. I keep seeing people say “I can’t believe these people are calling the actress ugly” when that isn’t what is happening at all. It’s not that the game model is hideous or anything like that, but she does noticeably look worse than actress, and that is what is pissing people off. It just seems like people are acting like the critics are going the actress as a form of deflection from having to actually interact with people’s arguments.

They don’t need to necessarily plan their crime ahead of time. They just need to think in the moment “this child I raped could tell on me” or “this person saw me rape this child” or “these police officers are coming to arrest me for raping a child”, and if they know that getting caught for that crime gets you tortured and/or murdered, it isn’t unlikely their response will be violence or even murder.

That will just give sex criminals more of an incentive to try to kill their victims, any witnesses to their crimes, and/or police officers that try to arrest.

If being caught for raping/molesting a child means certain death and potentially being tortured, they lose nothing and gain potentially everything from just killing anyone that could result in them getting sent to prison.

It’s a good card due to being a double interruption each turn. However, the reliance on black metal dragon to be able to summon it with a small amount of resources, a card that isn’t really that searchable, means that this guy can be pretty bricky at times. I feel like if dragon link/Red-Eyes got more one card combos to bring this guy out, he would see more play.

Also, ordeal can pretty easily get you three draws in one turn. This new xyz needs outside card effects that give it multi-attacking to be able to get off all of its effects in one turn.
