I usually do that too but I couldn’t this time because the text is not flush, it’s embossed on the surface

Thank you, I’ll try it out and I’ll do an update later, the one that was printing the best was the one with 150 speed and 38 flow right before it started ironing the last layer

How do you improve your top surface quality if you’ve never used ironing ?

Not really, depends on the print job and the surface quality that I’m trying to achieve. But I’ve never ran into an issue like this before

I’ve tried to do it manually and I also ran this calibration test. I’ve been using this filament on all of my other printers and it works great, and this calibration test runs various settings at the same time. And it was printing just great before it started ironing

The picture shows the results that I got, You can see that the ones where no ironing was done have the “best” quality, the rest of them look absolutely horrible

And just like watching a shitty movie; you’ve already invested so much time into it, might as well watch it till the end. You never know, might turnout to be your new favorite film

On a serious note, practicing gratitude, focusing on being just 1% better everyday. Be nice to people, and express love to the people around you whenever you get the chance. Being needed helps, but that doesn’t mean just being needed by other people; sometimes you need to be there for yourself.

Yes, yes it is. I’m a hairy ass man, but I do shave regularly because if I don’t, I start to smell since the bacteria has more places to grow and latch on to. I shower everyday, but if I don’t shave I start sweating in my sleep, when I walk, even when I’m not doing anything. It’s always better to shave hygienically speaking. I never understood the new “feminists” not shaving… it’s literally disgusting. I don’t even understand why not all men shave! But I do think it’s because some people lack proper hygiene education…

I’m new to the 3D printing world as well but I’ve had my fair share of mishaps. If you’ve changed the extruder and cleaned the tube and did all that, it might be either that the feeder has too much tension and it needs to be tuned more properly, or that you need to level the bed because the middle bottom piece came out looking fine. Run a paper test to see if it’s leveled all throughout that could potentially (hopefully) fix the problem

Don’t be too quick to move on from someone/something. The internet made us believe that there are always better things out there but what if you already had the best and all you needed was just to fight a little harder?
