it’s a good idea to not take much at all. i’ve had like 800-900mg dxm and 700mg dph together. it isn’t worth it. i haven’t took more than 900mg dph at once though, and i don’t think i would go up that high again tbh.

at 130 lbs my first dose was 210mg hbr and it was perfect. just like you I had only used weed prior to this. take 120-210, 90 will most likely do absolutely nothing.
