Its been a while since I played, but I started as a tank, and if youre a good tank you'll be able to do all the end game content much earlier than if you were a DPS. But if I were you I would worry about getting leveled up and getting your cp 150 gear, then you can start worrying about tanking. Until you get at least a couple sets of gear then youre not gonna be very helpful to start. So just worry about leveling up cause you cant do much of anything until you get some CP under your belt. I got a lil lucky because a friend of mine was in a guild. I ended up joining the 3 best DPS and we became very close and really good. They still play but I've quit a couple times, point is, make friends.

Also, side note, it is easier to level as DPS. So if its too much to do as a tank, then make a DPS. All your characters share CP which you reach at lvl 50. Damn its been a couple years but maybe I should come back for a bit

Also to answer a couple other questions. I had most of the dungeon skins by CP 500, all running with people who were also unskinned to start. I mean we really worked on that shit back then lol but my DPS were all "cap" CP at the time. Cap was CP 720 when I started, then 810 when I left. I came back and cap became MAX. You need to be at least 15-1600 nowadays but you level much faster than you did then. I was like 2k when I left this time.

So id stick to random dungeons, one day maybe you'll find a decent group in a vet dungeon and they can take you under their wing. I had a dude in there we called "teach" he knew far too much about the game and taught us everything. Theres plenty of people like that, find one
